The following is the piece I created to empahise a difference in textures.
Sharp- Tum Tacs.
Soft- Wool
Above, the stark contrast can be seen.
To create this piece, I used glue to stick tum tacs to a stiff piece of cardboard and then painted it black, while tying individual strands of wool to a black stick of wood, the flowing effect resulting in a smooth, soft curtain.
